He is currently working as Principal Advisor and Chief Technology Officer, Passport Seva Program(India/Global), Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, with over 30 years of experience in ICT including 22+ years as CIO/CXO/Team Lead in Government and Public Sectors. He has handled the domain from a 360-degree perspective, both from a service provider and user enterprise perspective. He has in-depth experience in emerging technologies, cloud platforms, full-stack architecture technologies, full-stack observability, container-based microservices architecture, middleware, and API gateways. He also worked with government stakeholders and regulators to shape technology and cyber policies.
