She is working to humanise management with many experiments that bring in fresh perspectives and marginalized/cutting-edge voices.

Early in her career, she was recognized as an expert in case studies, serving as an editor-in-chief for the largest collection of online case studies, the Emerald Emerging Markets Case Study Collection. She advocated for digital and multi-media case studies for participant-centred pedagogy. ​Some of her other interests are mindful use of technology, experiential pedagogy, simulations, creative leadership, embodied learning and decolonising the mind.
