Prof Karishma Godara

Dr Godara is a clinical psychologist and mental health researcher with a keen interest in addiction research. Her clinical training is from the Department of Psychiatry, PGIMS, Rohtak. Both her M.Phil. and PhD theses, centre on mental health and addiction disorders (substance and behavioural, respectively). Her PhD focuses on risk perceptions and therapeutic intervention for the management of internet use. Following her doctoral studies, she worked at the National Drug Dependence Treatment Centre, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. She has also worked on research pertaining to maternal mental health at the Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (THSTI).
